Onboarding & Project Set-up

If the project is a good fit, key information is gathered to gain a deeper understanding of the brand’s current position and future vision. This stage provides the foundation for a customized workshop.

Information reviewed includes:

Existing Brand Assets: Logos, colors, fonts, and brand guidelines.

Brand Strategy: Core values, mission, vision, personality, and positioning.

Key Messages: Primary points and ideas that creative work should communicate.

Target Audience: Demographics, preferences, and behaviors of primary and secondary audiences.

Brand Touchpoints: Existing materials such as websites, pitch decks, packaging, and sales collateral.

Competitor Analysis: Industry landscape and opportunities for differentiation.

Design Preferences: Styles, colors, and visuals that resonate (or don’t).

2-4 days

Workshop Preparation

Using the gathered information, a tailored workshop is developed to address specific brand needs and challenges. This includes research into competitors, market positioning, and potential creative directions. Any gaps in branding or clarity are identified ahead of time to ensure a focused and productive session.

1-2 hours

The Brand Workshop

The workshop is a collaborative session designed to shape two clear creative directions for the brand. Together, we review visual slides that explore every aspect — from logo, colors, and typography to positioning, audience, competition, and research findings.

Each section is built to spark discussion, clarify ideas, and uncover opportunities. This process blends your deep knowledge of the brand with an external design perspective to ensure both creativity and alignment.

By the end of the session, two creative directions are clearly defined and fully understood. You’ll walk away excited, confident, and able to see how your new brand identity will take shape — with no surprises in the next stage.

2 weeks

Creative Directions

Following the workshop, two creative directions are developed and refined based on the agreed insights. A review call is scheduled within two weeks to present and discuss both directions.

Revisions

Feedback is gathered and incorporated into one or both chosen directions until the design feels complete and on brand.  Turnaround for revisions typically ranges from one to three days per round.

Finalization & Delivery

Once final approval is received, all design files are organized and delivered in clearly labeled folders.  Each package includes multiple logo variations and formats for diverse use cases.  A comprehensive brand guideline document is also provided to ensure consistency across all future applications.
